We do ~Summer Fun~ this July at Share Six! I am dropping some of my recent shots without further delay. Time is really missing now, and for once, it's for good reasons. We are planning a trip next week and we are here and there to get prepared. I don't shoot a lot these days, enjoying real life, outdoors and family time. Beach is still a favorite place, no surprise ;) Here are some captures of last weeks!

Show us your ~Summer Shots~ by posting them on Share Six facebook page, or on Instagram using #sharesix_summerfun ! This is a very wide theme, I can't wait to see the shares!

Today I am sharing images following the inspiration theme at Share Six for the month of June: ~negative space~. As a definition, let's say negative space is the area surrounding the main subject - or the most in focus one -, in a photograph which is left unoccupied. Put simply, it is the space around the object itself that helps define the positive space (or main focus). When used creatively together, negative and positive space can communicate the composition of your photograph.

As photographers, we tend to be thoughtful about the things we decide to include in our images, what subjects we use, how we shape them and how our stories get told. Negative space is great at communicating to the viewer where their eyes should be looking at by isolating the focused parts of an image, surrounding it with an 'empty' or very simplified environment, for example a bokeh.

So this is it for me! Now, we would love to see your interpretations of ~negative space~ theme on our Share Six facebook page or using #sharesix_negativespace on Instagram.

Welcoming May with all my heart, the most beautiful month of the year to my eyes! Two last weeks of April have been so cold and rainy! Up to now, it seems to be continuing and gorgeous sunsets are very rare. I got one, to be honest. I live in a northern country where spring is very long to settles.

May theme at Share Six is Light Inspired. For some images, I had to chose to turn myself on low light, who often inspires me just like gorgeous flares do. Low light is still a light inspiration! Without further words, I go on with some of the shots I could snap all over the month.

I would love to see your ~Light Inspired~ image! This is a easy theme and I am sure that it will bring the most wonderful images to life! Please share them on Share six facebook page! You can also share them on Instagram with #Sharesix_lightinspired tag.

Let's begin with the only sunset I could manage to capture! Blooming trees are so beautiful!

And now the night walks! Most of them are from a cellphone so my excuse for the grain and image quality! But the best cam you can have is the one you have on you right? ;-)
