November month is focusing on ~Traditions ~ at Share Six and I chose one of my favorite of all: pumpkin carving. We feel that it brings us closer to the old way of celebrating Halloween, folkloric traditions of origins carrying a spiritual dimension. And overall, this is big fun for everyone!
With COVID this year, we had a lot of restrictions regarding Halloween here in Quebec. Finally, we ended listening Sleepy Hollow, eating candies just bought before the movie, because my kids didn't want to run outside for treats that must be quarantined for days. So carving the pumpkins saved the mood of festivities for sure! And what a special decor in the dark!

We would really love to hear about your favorite ~Traditions~ on our Share Six facebook page or on Instagram using #sharesix_traditions .

I am part of a group of photographers, Share Six, who blog 6 images on the 6th of each month with unique monthly themes. Please click HERE for the extremely talented Katherine Cobert's interpretation of this month's theme. Then, follow around the blog circle for a whole lot more talent and inspiration! Enjoy!
A new theme will be posted on December 6th.
